Brisbane Touch Football (BTF) is the regional body for representative touch football in the metropolitan area of Brisbane. Brisbane Cobras send representative players from both junior and senior teams to national events. The non-for-profit organisation is affiliated with Queensland Touch Football (QTF) and Touch Football Australia (TFA).

BTF services nine (9) affiliates in the Brisbane region:
- Arana Touch Association
- Brisbane Metropolitan Touch Association
- Brothers Touch Association

- Hounds Graceville Touch Football
- Redcliffe & Districts Touch Association
- South Pine Touch Association, and

- Samford Stags Touch Association

- UQ Rebels Touch Association

- Wynnum Manly Touch Association (Newest)

Registered players from any of the Brisbane Touch Football affiliates are eligible to trial for Brisbane Cobras at representative events.
