Hello all,
There’s so much happening in the Brisbane Region at the moment, so I thought that it’d be a great opportunity for an update.
NYC – Overall Champions.
We sure do like the sound of that. What a fantastic effort from all the Coaches, Managers, Players and Referees that represented the region at the National Youth Championships on the Sunshine Coast in early October. A huge shout out to everyone that participated and contributed to the best result from the Cobras in the NYC to date.
Congratulations to all the individual award winners with a special mention to

Brisbane Board Positions.
The Brisbane Board welcomes Mel Lonergan to the Board from Hounds. Mel brings a wealth of experience, and we couldn’t be happier with her appointment. Unfortunately, Swain will be leaving the board – we thank ‘Swingers’ for all his hard work, advice and expertise. Swingers’ knowledge, especially in the coaching environment will be a loss. However, he won’t be too far away. BMTA will be nominating a replacement in the coming weeks.
